Shared shuttles to Playa del Carmen look cheap until they wait for three more flights and then stop at two hotels before yours. A private van is one pickup at CUN and one door in Playa. For 1–4 guests the one-way is $80. Five to eight is $92. The luxury SUV, if you want it, is listed on the rate card.
Round-trip is $155 for the small van, not double the one-way, because the return car is already planned. We pick you up about three hours before your flight. 5th Avenue is walkable; the driver still comes to the hotel door, not to a random corner.
Staying in Playa and still doing the big days
Playa del Carmen is the practical base. Xcaret is a short ride south. The Cozumel ferry is in town. Chichen Itza is still a long day, but you start closer than a Hotel Zone guest, so the lobby call is a little later.
If the address is an Airbnb on a gated street, send the pin the night before. Drivers know Playa. They do not know your gate code unless you type it.
